    The second book focuses on a harder to relate too character,  the Cross-dressing, trans-gender shaman, Lord Fanny.   I know it sounds silly, but with The Invisibles silly at first can change quickly.  In this book Grant Morrison continues too teach us that the world is not what it seems.  Magic is real and he goes into why it is in this book.  It is a very interesting lesson of metamorphosis of Humanity and its ancient relationships to cultures like Egypt and India.     This is possibly the best volume in The Invisibles series I think. Yes the cover kind of looks like a cheesy 80s movie poster, but if you flip threw the pages and actually read the book, you'll find the reason I really love this comic book. Lord Fanny is possibly the best character in the series (although Ragged Robin my favorite). The story mainly focuses on the hard ships Lord Fanny faced when he was made in to a woman. I have yet to seen any other comic book really focusing on a transvestite ...
