I can't keep saying this 0

So far into this story arc I have been continually frustrated by a story that at the same time seems on the verge of being good and of being average, and this issue is unfortunately no different.  It may be that the plot in each of the issues thus far has been quite similar, where Tony meets a genius engineer (or two) and signs them on for his new project.  Here the project is finally moved along a little bit, as is the actions of the Hammer women and their schemes against Tony.
