With the way this Initiative is starting out, it wouldn't surprise me if you're dead on, though.

If you read Choosing Sides, Howard the Duck "doesn't exist," so he doesn't have to register ;).

But he is the perfect leader/mascot for Oregon's Mighty Duckz.I'm sure the editors and writers can work something out,lol.

Wisconsin should have: NFL Super Pro, Will "o" The Wisp, Rocket Racer, Rocket Racoon, Night Thrasher (if he signs up), Night Nurse, and what the heck a couple of Marvel Zombies to round things out.

The Ducks of Oregon aren't the Mighty Ducks, there just the Ducks. Anaheim is the Mighty Ducks.
