The Huntress and Waterfront Warrior save some squatters from a group of thugs.  It is during this time that Huntress figures out who the Waterfront Warrior is.  After the battle Helena sees her psychologist again and talks about how to deal with the Waterfront Warrior.
Meanwhile the Waterfront Warrior is being grilled on the Mike Cobb Show.  What he doesn't know is he is being set up by the Brick Wall and the mob who have Mike Cobb in their pocket.  They even planted drugs on a mother, Isabel Torres that he had helped making her look worse than she did.  They also set the building the squatters were in on fire while he was on television to make him look bad.
The Waterfront Warrior goes to help the people but Huntress gets there first and saves the few who couldn't get out of the building and then she punishes the arsonists.  Later she sets up Brick Wall to admit to his crimes and gives the proof to a detective fried she trusts.
The Waterfront Warrior is broken and goes back home.  He look at a photo of his mother and reflects on what he did and why he wanted to help others and all the events of the past few days till he hears a knock on the door.  When he opens it he finds a note to him from the Huntress.  She tells his how much of a hero he really is.

Good and Sad 0

I liked this book but it is was a sad one.  The character Waterfront Warrior is ambushed on a live television show by Mike Cobb and and the mafia.  People he helped are set up and hurt.    The Waterfromt Warrior is a unique hero as he does not just fight crime but helps out in the neighborhood.  He does what he can and puts his heart and soul into helping others.  This makes it all the more tragic when he is set up.  I really liked this hero and story beside the attempt to make him look silly...
