Father Hector Redondo was a priest that went over the edge after hearing one to many confessions from dug dealers, rapists and murders. He started calling himself The Holy and would kill who he saw as sinners with an axe. After reading about the Punisher in newspapers he started idolizing him.
He later formed a group called the Vigilante Squad with Mister Payback and Elite. They tried seeking out Punisher to lead them, but instead Punisher killed all three.
