The Five Symbiotes are the offspring of Venom, extracted from the Venom symbiote and artificially aged to maturity by Roland Treece and the Life Foundation. Together they are a very powerful force who first served as soldiers for the Life Foundation.

The Five Symbiotes coming to attack

The Five Symbiotes are a group of people who volunteered for an experiment for the Life Foundation to see if the symbiotes can be controlled. After they were defeated by Venom and Spider-Man, they found out that they were just going to be used as weapons and never intended for them to control the symbiotes. So they left the Life Foundation in hopes that they could control the symbiotes. Later, the Five Symbiotes went to find Eddie Brock as a last resort to control their symbiotes, after they broke Eddie Brock out of jail they tried to

make him tell them how to talk to their others. Later Leslie Gesneria was killed and out of rage Carl Mach

Eddie Brock Confronts the Five Symbiotes

blamed Eddie Brock and vowed to kill him. Carl was later killed, soon after everyone finds out that it was Donna Diego who killed Leslie and Carl. Donna killed Trevor Cole and Ramon Hernandez believing that all people with symbiotes are evil and should be killed. After Venom defeated Scream the remaining four symbiotes fused with Scott Washington to make Hybrid.

Creation

The Five Symbiotes were created by David Michelinie, Ron Lim, Sam DeLarosa and Al Milgrom in 1993 and first appeared in Venom: Lethal Protector # 4.
