Confusing Start - I'm Hopeful! 0

Comments: I remember the old TV series with Kato's Bruce Lee and the later Gold Key comics stories of the Green Hornet who was in many ways a Batman copycat (at least for me). And I have enjoyed Dynamite comics latest runs of Red Sonja, so I plunked down my $3.99 *gasp* and checked it out.   The Brett Matthews story is not bad: about a mob leader who wants to know who Green Hornet really is and confronts a man who claims to know -- for a price -- and we're not even sure if he'll get out ali...

Not a Great First Issue 0

As a fan of all things Hornet, I was very curious about this one. After the preview from Free Comic Book Day, I was confused. This issue didn't really clarify anything for me.   It seems to be in the future. How far in the future? Who knows. Doesn't seem like too far, but a man named John Reid claims to be the Green Hornet and he is old. Could he be Britt Reid Jr.'s son? Who knows. Who is this other Hornet? Who knows.  Is it even in any type of continuity with Dynamite's other Hornet books? Who ...
