So if you talk to me often, you know I'm loving this series. Every issue focuses on one member of the Great Ten - this one focused on the Seven Deadly Brothers.

How do you make a Kung Fu master who can split into seven different people more interesting? Give him some torment in his life, that's how. It's amazing how few of these characters are on the Great Ten for good, honest purposes but I think that is the whole point of the book. Tony Bedard is taking these characters and giving them such cool origins and depth and the team dynamic is totally different than anything I've read.

I can't wait for this book every month. It's sad it most likely won't go passed the the 10 issue mark (which is what was planned from the beginning). Next month: The Shaolin Robot! They have showed little of him so far but this issue amped me up to learn more about him.
