An 1986 adaptation of the "Basil of Baker Street" stories by Eve Titus. In 1897 London, Olivia Flaversham witnesses the abduction of her father. In order to find him she approaches detective Basil of Baker Street. They have to face Professor Ratigan, a Moriarty-like character.
