    Challenge of the Weather Wizard!

    Never in the cyclonic career of mighty Flash has the World's Fastest Human met anyone quite like the bizarre villain who tamed the atmosphere and made it sit and do tricks! In fact the Scarlet Speedster himself needs every super-speed trick up his sleeve in order to meet--"The challenge of the Weather Wizard!"

    Meet Kid Flash!

    Barry Allen, alias The Flash, thought that he alone in the world possessed the gift of super-speed! And Barry's belief was correct--until one momentous day when an incredible accident happened--an accident that resulted in the appearance of a startling new figure in the continuous combat against evil and injustice! "Meet Kid Flash!"
