    The Reverse Flash's origin is retold as we watch the obsessed and burden Professor Zoom develop an increasing hatred for humanity and the Flash, in particular, as a teacher at the Flash museum.  The Good There's a superb, visceral quality to the storytelling in this issue. You can just watch Zoom's bitterness and hostility worsen with every cruel rewind and brutal edit he makes to his own timeline. Johns smartly weaves together some great themes about the dangers of impatience as we watch Thawn...

    The Good: The narration starts off very normal. It is a villain explaining his backstory. Even in it's normalcy I was instantly engrossed. I loved the origin here for Professor Zoom, especially since I knew very little about him prior to this. Then when everything seems to be going to hell as expected, Johns throws in a mind blowing curveball that shits the mood into a seriously dark and creepy atmosphere hanging over the narrative that slowly grows as the twists keep coming faster and faster. S...

    This is the most insane issue showing us how well geoff johns can write a really creepy super villain such as professor zoom who has shown to be a very powerful threat not only for the flash but also the entire DCU. Despite the overused tittle Geoff uses (it's been like how many rebirths? but it's cool) I love how evil this bastard is, he is an insane maniac who for people who haven't read the flash rebirth and should know is that professor Zoom can actually travel through time and actually chan...
