    The Flash #91 - Out of Time by englentine on September 02, 2009

    In this issue the Flash is trying to help a lot of people involved in a crash on a bridge. Fearing that he will save everyone as a helicopter is about to crash, he auguments his speed with Johnny Quicks speed formula, and goes into a state where it looks as if time has stopped. Thankfully Max Mercury is there to help Wally West. This is with out a doubt one of my favorite Flash stories.
