    Flash Ahhhhhhhhh

This new series has added an interesting aspect to flash and that's that his speed is now full body. It has always been the case that he could accelerate himself and use that in different ways, but they are now playing more with his mind then they ever have. The question then becomes how far or thin is he stretching himself. That undertone fascinates me to keep reading. Mob Rule I think cements itself as one of the villains that can offer a unique challenge to the Flash. The Scarlet Speedster has always said, I can't be in more than one place at once, so it's nice to see him challenging his limits. The artwork captures what Barry's world is like perfectly. He sees everything as this sort of woosh world where he can't full gather all the detail. I never get tired of the speed mind affects. He breaks apart the things around him and compartmentalizes his world almost like a god vision sort of thing. This book really truly explores not only the Flash but Barry as well.

    The Good

This book takes what is a one note character at times and really dose him justice. It's always good in books like this when writers know how to use their powers and use them well.

    The Bad

I know it's a flash book however it appears to jump around quite a bit. I would say that the book is hard to follow because it's QUICK but that seems almost cheesy.

    Buy?

Yes, I can tell this book is a labor of love it really comes across that whoever writes this is a flash fan.

There is a lot going on this issue, so much so that I can reasonably say that not much more of anything could be fit in here.  There is Barry saving the plane from crashing, Iris in prison with the supervillains, Darwin being kidnapped, the city in darkness and Barry against the mob rule again.  While this makes for a fast paced issue, it also means that the execution is harder to pull off with the pace it needs to keep.  It is mostly successful at this but the overall effect is still somewhat j...

      The Flash #3 0

I was relieved and very pleasantly surprised after reading The Flash #1. I knew it would look beautiful, because that is what Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato do, but when they also provided an interesting, and well written, story, I knew I was in for something special.Manapul and Buccellato introduced a new ability of Barry Allen's last issue that is very interesting and we got a glimpse as to how it works. At the start of this issue, they take one of the Flash's trademark abilities and use...
