Part 3 of the explosive story 'Finish Line' brings the Fastest Man Alive face-to-face with one of the deadliest mortal enemies for all generations of the Flash: the immortal killer Vandal Savage!
Wally West, Bart Allen and Jay Garrick are all captured by Vandal Savage, who is now in possession of the Summoner, a weapon he plans on using to crash a meteorite into Earth. After the three Flashes escape they split up.
Bart rushes around the city calming people and putting out fires that are being caused by the meteorite nearing Earth. Jay races off to find Linda West and tell her that Wally is okay. Wally heads right at Savage but is blindsided by one of Savage's followers and knock unconscious.
