Lets begin, these new mutants have just appeared on the scene after the big battle with Bastion, and their abilties and onset of powers seem out of whack. Now before they arrived Hope was the first mutant born after the M-Day event, and her mutation itself was weird in its ways. There was sporadic signs of her powers manifesting, then when she went full out in the battle, Bastion when analyzing her said that her powers were different and his capabilities could not adjust to her. These new lights need Hope to stabilize them as their powers are a danger to others and themselves. Now with mutants prior to them the powers manifested at or around puberty excluding a few cases. These mutations were not as hazardous or painful with the newer set of mutants. So I am wondering is there something wrong with the way mutants come about now, are all new mutants going to be dependent on Hope, and what of the depowered heroes and criminals? Then there the mutates, Children of the Vault, and super powerd humans without X-genes.
