Okay folks, who or what was (or is) your favourite menace to The Doctor? Something recent, or a classic rubbery terror that had us all hiding behind the sofa?
Favourite Doctor Who monster / villain?
Always has been and always will the The Master. I had such fanboy wood when I realized what YANA meant and when I told my brother who I thought he really was. When it really turned out to be him there was this massive YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! That could be heard 3 states over. I'd like to see him and the Rani back.
Yeah the weeping angels are pretty awesome. But before they were shown in the new series there was that kid in WWII. The empty child or the hollow child or whatever. Imagine a little zombie kid wearing a gas mask looking for his mummy....creepy.
This and the Weeping Angels.
@PrinceIMC: I agree with a good lot of you and the weeping angles are just brilliant, and the episode to show friends who are interested in Doctor Who (and who can argue with Carey Mulligan?). Gas-mask/zombie child was also pretty creepy (and another great character introduction with Captain Harkness).
What about the creature you never see in the episode Midnight? David Tennant and a bunch of strangers in a big space bus traveling across a diamond planet called Midnight, what could go wrong? Then it started copying people's voices, then they were talking at the same time.....then it was talking before the Doctor....such a great episode.
1.DALEKS- ultimate life form
2.cybermen- the way they fill their numbers and how menacing they can be
2.weeping angels- definitely the scariest of the doctor's enemies
3.the silence- i like their ability also kinda creepy
4.judon-no bo ho sho ko ro to so. Po-ka-do-sa-ko-pa-pho-pa-jo........mah ho!
