The Hulk! Sub-Mariner! Dr. Strange! Together again, against the man called Necrodamus! An off-beat read!

The Hulk is stalking through the woods when suddenly he is stopped by Namor The Sub-Mariner who falls from the sky. Finding the prince of the sea trapped in a strange energy shield, Hulk then travels to New York to seek the aid of Dr. Strange, the only person the brute can think can help him.

After taking Dr. Strange back to Sub-Mariner's body, they cannot find a way to free him from his energy shield, and the prince of the sea is soon transported elsewhere. Following him to a cave, they find a being known as Necrodamus, who is waiting for the precise star alignment to sacrifice Namor to the Undying Ones.

Getting in a battle with the Hulk, Namor and Dr. Strange, even when empowered with a new body, Necrodameus fails to sacrifice Namor to his masters. He has his powers revoked and is transported to an unknown location. After the battle, Namor explains that he was struck down by the none other than the sentinel of The Skyways, The Silver Surfer, prompting Dr. Strange to want to search for The Surfer.
