    I read it again

    Intro

We find ourselves reading the story of a transformation from innocence to power and wondering what's going to happen next. If you read a story this summer make it be this one. You won't regret it.

    The Good

    The Story

Eric is a young boy who falls from a tree playing superheros with his brother. Impaling himself with the falling branch he will be forever effected by his actions that day. Developing chronic headaches we find ourselves sympathizing with Eric as he watches everyone else succeed (his brother and girlfriend) while he coasts along in life. Destroying his own relationship he is kicked out by his girlfriend (Angie) and left with no other place to go but his Moms basement. Finding his old cape he wore when he plunged from the tree as a child he found himself grasping it tight and levitating. Returning to Angie to unveil his new ability they take flight. What happens next you're going to have to buy the comic to find out, but I assure you it is good.

    The Art

Simply perfect portrayal the realism while allowing the reader to fully sympathize with all the characters.

    The Bad

     Nothing at all.

    Overall

There is a reason why this comic is nominated for the Eisner Award for Best Single Issue and Best Writer. It's because it is simple is one of the best. Pick it up and you can thank me later.
