Major Story Arcs

Tournament of the Seven Cities of Heaven

As one of the Immortal Weapons she participated in the tournament between the Seven Cities of Heaven she fought and defeated Dog Brother #1. Following the other matches of the day she attended the dinner with the other Immortal Weapons where she was approached by the Prince of Orphans, requesting her and the other Immortal Weapons' aid in fighting Hydra soldiers that were threatening the safety of K'un-Lun. Upon learning that her home's safety was also in danger she agreed. With her aid the Immortal Weapons were able to defeat the Hydra forces, and also learned of the possibility of an Eighth Capital City of Heaven, prompting her and the other Immortal Weapons to stay on Earth to search for it.

The Eighth City of Heaven

After discovering a map, she and the other Immortal Weapons did come to find the Eighth City and were able to gain entrance, however, once inside they found themselves at the mercy of its demonic citizens and were taken prisoner. The Bride of Nine Spiders and the other Immortal Weapons were all separated, brutally tortured, and forced to fight battle after battle in the city's arena.

Iron Fist devised a means of escape and the Immortal Weapons were able to break free and fight their way back to the portal leading to Earth. There they were ambushed by Quan Yaozu and his army, and were forced to open the gate to Earth so that Quan Yaozu could take revenge against K'un Lun. Things did not go as he had planned and eventually Quan Yaozu ended up being saved by Danny Rand, who was able to broker a peace between the opposing forces.

Other Adventures

Using a legendary creature called the Singing Spider the Bride of Nine Spiders was summoned and trapped by a man named Desmond. However, thanks to the unwitting actions of a group of thieves she was freed and exacted vengeance against Desmond for imprisoning her. She showed mercy to the surviving thieves and allowed them to escape with their lives, but ended up keeping the Singing Spider for herself.
