Ennis has displayed his ability to portray the bad ass nature of Butcher effectively, which is nice. What intrigued me in particular was the introduction of the idea of Butcher's manipulative nature; he coerces an old friend, who seems to be called Mother's Milk (WHY?!), into joining his team of hero-killers, and manages to sweet-talk Hughie into considering membership as well.
