The World's Finest: Equal Justice; Like Riding A Bike; Double Play wiki last edited by pikahyper on 02/12/14 03:31AM View full history

Superman and Batman are at odds over a woman on death row. The Man of Steel sees a chance for her redemption, while the Dark Knight believes justice must take its course. Also, Nightwing is visited in Blüdhaven by his former Titans ally, Donna Troy.

Three stories invovled in this comic. The first one has Batman and Superman working together to see if someone has been wrongfully given the death penalty. The second one has Robin fighting some neighborhood crooks. The third one has Batman and Robin Hood working on a case.

The first story is pretty neat - you get to see differences in how Batman and Superman interpret the law and due process as they fight to save a woman who may have been falsely put to the death penalty.  And Batman and Supes even disagree on what circumstances would mean she was there falsely.  I liked it a lot.    Which is why it was such a disappointment that the other two stories sucked so badly.  Maybe it's just me, but I felt like the second story was pointless other than to show Dick Grays...
