In this issue the Penguin is given a plan by the Joker that will make the Penguin the most popular man in Gotham City. It works until Batman discovers what has actually been going on.
I have to hand it to the books creators. The art and dialogue make this book look and feel like the animated series. You know the god one from the '90s. The art is dead on and is only missing the music to complete the tone. The story on the other hand is good, but just doesn't keep up with the best of the animated series. More like a middle of the road episode. A good read however.
