I just looked it up and the only 3 countries getting it after us are Poland, Pakistan and Japan. I'm ok if we don't get it first but do we have to be that close to last in line? My only consolation is that at least we don't have to wait till August like Japan does.

It's kind of ridiculous, the way it works out. All of these shows and movies are made by American companies and based on ideas that originate in the US, and we always get them last.

I could understand if like Scandinavia or Russia got it first considering 2 major characters are Mythological figures from the general area and another character is a Russian spy, everyone else in the movie is American, and America is actually a part of one of the main characters' name in the movie.That should atleast get us up to 5 or 6 on the list instead of forth from the bottom

@Gambit1024: well she hasn't had a very high opinion of the movies leading up to the Avengers and keeps giving me the stink eye when I bring it up but we have an arrangement I sit through her rom-com crap and pretend like I wouldn't rather take a power drill to the face and in exchange she'll tolerate my super hero and action movies
