Marvel Studios Unveils New Banners for 'The Avengers'

It's been a while since we've had any news on 'The Avengers.' Today, Marvel Studios has released two banners at Yahoo movies for the film.

have to see the guy playing Bruce in action before I judge him...but I still keep thinking "Where's Norton?" when I see these things.

I think he looks great as the Hulk here.

I wonder if they come up with a reason why Hawkeye uses bow an arrows

Poor Chris Evans, has to hide behind his mask...

Mike Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr. should have been in "full costume" - no one is going to see the Avengers for Tony Stark and Bruce Banner...

Either way, I am excited, though I am not sure why Loki would be in with the rest of the "heroes", is he not the villain?

Maybe that is encouraging...

the characters in the banner are really cool, but the repeated Avengers logo doesn't work very well makes the banner to busy and cuts away from the awesomeness of the characters.

It makes sense that Iron Man isn't wearing his helmet.... like granted people don't go see movies because of Tony Stark... Robert Downey Jr on the other hand is a bit more famous

I absolutely cannot wait to see this movie, but I gotta admit that these banners were poorly done :P

@feargalr: The following was just to satisfy my curiosity, but I do find it a bit rewarding that the Iron Man Armor (first appearance in Tales of Suspense #39 - March 1963) is actually a couple years older than Robert Downey Jr. (Born April 4th, 1965). Obviously this doesn't make him less famous than the Iron Man Armor, but there certainly has been more time for people to know about the Armor. :)

Heck, look at the movie posters for Iron Man and Iron Man 2 (both the Armor and the Actor get top billing!):

Well thats not fair! We get a Black Widow butt shot but no Loki butt shot? Stupid cape and stupid Avengers logo. Black Widow is pretty awesome, but Loki is teh sex, there is no denying this, and Tumblr agrees with me, and not them. I demand more Trickster god of evil T&A but uh... without the T.

That guy still looks nothing like Bruce Banner...he doesn't even have brown hair, how hard is it to find a good actor with brown hair, I mean seriously...<_<

I have a lot of faith this movie will at least be watchable. So far Marvel has done a really really good job. With Ghost Rider being the exception, the Marvel films made thru Marvel have all been good. I think I can say better then what a lot of people anticipated. I don't read Thor, but I enjoyed the movie. I didn't think it would tranlate as well as it did, and after seeing it I think it could have been done better. Cap. America floored me. That was another movie I thought might be done to cheesy, but the story was great and speeding up Caps movements while fighting to showcase his speed was just awsome. I don't have to even mention Iron Man, and Iron Man 2 was at least entertaining. Genedy Tartokofsky (the guy responsible for Samurai Jack and the 2D animated Clone Wars movie) doing the fight sequences and story boards was awsome. I just hope Wheden can deliver as a director. The reason directors film the same scene so many times is to get the best delivery of dialogue mainly. Thank God for soundbooths.

Dislike Hulk,Cap looks weird in that outfit,Downey's banner is giving me the feeling that someone forced him to pose at gunpoint.The rest are awesome,especially Fury,Widow and Thor.
