Chasing Feelings
As the cover suggests this is an issue fully dedicated to Vision in his quest for knowledge of his feelings - if he´s able to feel again, like he used to. It´s an emotional journey involving all the Avengers roster, in different gradation, but equal matter of importance. Vision´s quest for self knowlegde is something worked up by Harras with some periodicity, but never in a profound and exclusively aproach like this issue - in fact, if you don´t like the character you definitely not read this issue. Trying to discover if he´s able to feel, Vision starts to question himself and looks for help from his allies and the curious and bright thing about this issue is that Harras created an atmosphere where he could use each Avenger for a different emotion: Captain America and Black Widow was comfort and friendship; Hercules was shame; Magdalene and Swordsman was doubt about being able of love again; Hank Pym was about family; Crystal was about confiding and selfishness and Deathcry was rage and passion. Jim Hall did a decent job, but I missed Epting´s art, which is unparalleled, he´s one of the best artists of the Avengers. The best about this issue was the dialogues between Vision and Hank Pym, Vision and Crystal and Vision and Deathcry and also the caption thoughts of Vision. This was a great and entertaining issue, perhaps one of the best portraits ever of this beloved plastic character the Vision.
