    Puck Part 36: Avengers #272

Puck helps rescue Marrina, but ends up losing her.

This issue tells how the Avengers and Alpha Flight meet from the Avengers’ point of view. As others confront the overwhelming Atlantean soldiers, Judd is among those who take Marrina back to the surface. But when they do, Marrina goes missing.

    Notes of Interest:
    1) Not much character development here, but Judd seems to be in awe of fighting alongside the Avengers. However…

WTF? Moment: …why would he be? Judd’s already fought with Spider-Man and other Marvel big-wigs both before and during Secret Wars II. He’s faced the Beyonder, other mutants besides Logan, and even Gods. Sure they were the Great Beasts of Canada and Loki, but they were GODS. When you factor in the things Judd has seen and done (thanks to Black Raazar, or Razor or Razar or whatever…) there’s no reason for him to make that statement except to tell the readers that by being in Avengers, the team has made the big time.
