WOW!!! That is all I can say. I mean, this is the DEFINITION of the saying "He stole the show", I mean, this became Deadpools book, proving that Joe writes a better Pool-in-ator than Spidey, but enough of that. The art is SO fun to look at, the dialogue is AMAZINGLY hilarious, and shifts from that to pure evil as the Kravens discuss their evil plans (The gaunlet). Oh, and remember kids, if Deadpool whips out his "Yomommageddon" joke, YOU BETTER FREAKIN RUN!
(Oh, and did I forget to mention the edtiors notes got into the brawl inside Deadpools head?)
OH, and guest-starring Geoff Johns... as himself. No, really, I am serious.
5 outta 5, FORCE YOUR FRIENDS TO READ BY ANY MEANS!!

Thats right, I'll steal your show, make you cry, and then 'ya die! Hey, that ryhmed! Oh, and yes, I AM keeping Wacker hostage, how'd 'ya know? (I wish Barack had hired me for reals. Oh well.)

Okay well i love me some Deadpool and i love me some Spider-Man, and this issue surprised me. I almost didn't pick it up because i liked how the series had been going and i didn't want to waste my time with this kind of issue but i'm glad i did. This issue was hilarious as a Spider-Man issue could get...Spider-Man + Deadpool = not quite world peace but its close, Spider-Man dealing with Lady Stilt-Man hilarity, Deadpool "chatting" with good ol' Barac and Spidey vs. Deadpool in a yo mama battle is the icing on the hilarity cake...and it is delicious. Ok so obviously this is a comical issue to seg-way to the Gauntlet even with all the chuckles i had i was also in suspense as to see what those kooky Kravinov girls were up to...sure the mystery and suspense was overshadowed by the obvious light comic tone but....it was still there. I'm surprised how much i liked the art it really captured the mood of the issue. This was a great issue to get us ready for the...bumbumbumbuuuuuum.... GAUNTLET

So I'm not going to say that good ol' DP stole the show from our favorite Webhead but he sure did one hell of a job at getting close. The dialogue between these two are serious the best I've since Spidey, Daredevil and Punisher decided to show up in Suicide Kings. The art was great as was the action that it conveyed and we can't forget the nice twist at the end.
IMO 5/5 nothing bad to say at all

Spider-Man & Deadpool in One Comic?!? I have honestly bin waiting for this to happen for a very long time, sure they've bin together a few timesz but not like this! When i heard about this i immediately called my Contact down at the comic store to hold one for me. Now to the review!
I have just finished reading this comic about an hour ago, And i must admit I wasn't at all THAT disappointed although i expected the comic to be a little more funnier, it still was. The duo in itself was in my opinion a classic for me, seeing the two interact was odd yet funny in a weird awesome way! Eric Canete's art in this comic is just awesome, and the cover just draws a comic-book lover, I did expect more from Kelly, maybe to much, but he still managed to pull it off cuz it was a great comic. But for some reason i can't really commit to this, it's like.. ahhh, i can't put my finger on it. But all in all i suggest all Spidey & And DP fans alike read this Ultimate Alliance. 4.5 out of 5. Simply because they both in the same comic. ( =

I'm a big fan of Deadpool, anyone could guess that. Once I heard Joe Kelly was back in the groove and was going to write Deadpool again, I freaked and had to get this issue on a priority basis and I gotta say that I wasn't disappointed in the slightest.
Joe Kelly proves that he's the best there is when it comes to writing the Merc with the Mouth, and it seems like he had a lot of fun writing this issue. The whole issue is like a Micheal Bay movie, ridiculously pointless but action packed to the max. However unlike Bay, Joe Kelly has a hilariously funny intellectual sense of humor.
The whole story is nothing but Deadpool and Spider-man fighting with each other with both wit and brawn and it's hilarious. Deadpool steals the show and like he said in a recent interview they might as well reboot the series and rename it D'Amazing Deadpool. We also get an apperence of Lady Stiltman who is just as pathetic if not more so as the original.
The art is pretty good, however it seemed awfully cluttered and sometimes I had to look really hard Just to see what was going on. The artist has a great talent, however one page involved Deadpool and Spider-man fighting on top of a bus however I didn't realise they were fighting on top of a bus till I read it the second time....I'm not sure if it's the angles he drew it at or the clutter of panels that didn't make me notice that, but whatever it was it is easily made up for with the dialogue and action packed story line.
Overall If you looking for a mindlessly fun, hilariously funny, action packed extravaganza, then this is the comic for you. Pick it up and enjoy, because very rarely will you ever get Deadpool and Spidey attacking each other with "Your Momma Jokes" in a comic book.

While there are many Deadpool fans out there who wet their pants just thinking of him, I'm not one of them. Deadpool has never been a favorite of mine, mostly because as a character reliant almost entirely on comedy I've never found him particularly funny. That's not to say Spidey is funny either, but I might have expected that putting the two together might have generated a laugh or two. Instead this issue was an amusing and enjoyable read but not the most spectacular of cross overs. Of course all of that is based off my own tastes as a reader, I think perhaps that's one of the greatest merits and shortcomings of Amazing Spider-Man in general that it attracts such a hugely diverse audience. Nor did the twist ending do much to excite me. The ending seemed cliched and uninspired, and considering Kelly's recent work on this title I would have expected something more original.
