Spider-Man holds a press conference in front of the Daily Bugle calling for Sarah and Gabe to meet him on the Brooklyn Bridge (where their mother' tragic death took place). When they arrive, he explains that he's not their father. Norman Osborn is and that Osborn is responsible for killing Gwen as the Green Goblin. Sarah believes him, but Gabe doesn't and flies into a rage. When he attacks Spider-Man, the gathered police open fire and Sarah is shot.
