You Get a Spider! And You Get a Spider!! Everyone Gets a Spider!!!

    (Quick Unprofessional Review)

Now we are talking. Looks like Dan Slott might finally win over all his haters with this Spider-Verse event. There is so much Fan service with just this 1st issue of Spider-Verse.

I haven't been following any of the other Spider-Verse tie-ins, so I was a bit confused. My brain couldn't HANDLE ALL THESE SPIDER-MEN!!!!!!!!

But it was pretty great seeing all the Spider characters at one spot.

From reading the previous issues, I was rolling my eyes at the sexual relationship between Parker and Silk. At-least there is now an explanation why they are so attached together.

This issue moved pretty fast and handled a lot of the plot within this one issue. The villains for this event are pretty ruthless. Looking forward to seeing them battle all the Spider-Men.

I was afraid that Ramos was back to draw this series. Thankfully, the artist was Oliver Coipel. Loved his art here. MARVEL chose a great and fitting artist to draw this event.

Finally Marvel puts out a good Event crossover book! I'm looking forward to reading all the other chapters and seeing many more SPIDERS from the multiverse.

    8.5/10.

      Amazing Spider-Man #9: 'Spider-Verse' kicks off with style. 0

After months of teases and tie-ins, ‘Spider-Verse’ officially kicks off and it’s a heck of a start. I haven’t been following along with Amazing Spider-Man (I did, however, read the Edge of Spider-Verse series), but Slott makes it easy for readers new and old to jump in and get swept up in this multidimensional tale. As Morlun continues his hunt for Spiders, a myriad of Wall-Crawlers and Web-Slingers (including Spider-Man 2099, MC2 Spider-Girl and Peter Porker, the Specta...
