The Amazing Spider-Man #625 - Endangered Species by jlat89 on March 18, 2010

I think this issue is one of, if not my favorite issues of ASM this year.  Both the writing and the artwork are superb in this issue and needless to say after Peter getting fired last issue, I was interested in seeing where this arc would take our friendly neighborhood Spider-man, at least to me, it didn't disappoint.    The issue begins with the "new" Rhino getting word that he has to OK to try to fight the "old" Rhino again.  Meanwhile Peter is on the unemployment line, trying to talk to a fam...

This issue of Amazing Spider-Man is by far my favorite comic in this series since Brand New Day started. The writing and art in this comic is superb. This is written by Joe Kelly and drawn by Max Fiumara. In the beginning of this issue we see Peter in the unemployment line. I didn't think i'd ever see that. Over the years of reading Marvel Comics, I noticed that there are a few villains we see who are nothing more than just punching bags for the good guys, and Rhino was among those individuals. Honestly, I didn't like Rhino that much, he just wasn't interesting to me because all he ever did was get his ass kicked by every superhero he comes across.
