    Good, but Symptomatic

I've really liked this book since the return of John Romita Jr.  The last arc with Kraven's daughter just didn't jive with me.
In this issue we've got a square off match between Venom and Anti-Venom with a lil' Spidey thrown in the mix.
This was a good issue, but there was a little sloppiness.  The exchange between the Hollister and Menace was a little bit of filler, it was almost like Slott didn't really know what to write there.  That and this whole election thing is getting really freakin' old.
That, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but Romita's artwork looked a little sloppy here.
I'm pretty sure that all of this is due to it being a weekly mag, but if it cuts back on the quality of the magazine, then make it a monthly just like all the others.  I don't understand why this is a weekly comic.  Granted, I think it's better than Trinity, but there's no reason for it to be coming out every week except to take as much money out of the reader's pockets as possible.
Oh, and Osborne's high & tight in this issue looks stupid.
    Until next time...
