One cool thing about this issue is that Spiderman finally shows how dangerous he can be. There have been many issues where he struggles fighting a group of thugs, but here because he is angry, he just mows right through them. Een Dr. Octapus gives him minimal trouble, which I always thought should be the case. I never understood why the presence of the arms made him able to take multiple blows from Spiderman.
