While not baring the Marvel logo this black & white magazine was published by them and was made up of a collection of bawdy comic strips that were written and drawn by member of the Marvel “bull-pin” for men’s magazines that then Marvel publisher Goodman also produced such as Stag and others.

It came out in 1968, the same year that Marvel’s black & white Spider-Man magazine came out and failed to find an audience.

I mean 35 cents for a comic… Really! Who would pay that much?
