Texas City

Formerly known as Mega-City Three prior to the Civil War between the Mega-Cities of 2083-2086. Though Texas City was mentioned and its Judges were first seen back during the Luna City storylines of Prog 42 to 58, Texas City itself was not seen until Judge Dredd's hunt for the Judge Child took him there in Prog 160. Known citizens include Pa Angel, until his crimes forced him to flee the city and raise his unholy brood of malevolent sons in the Cursed Earth, and Texas City judges include Judge Tex, who served with Dredd on Luna City, and Judge Cain, who quit to become Preacher Cain, a.k.a. the Missionary Man.
