Does Terry McGinnis have a "Joker"? Does he have a main enemy? A Ying to his Yang?

I always saw Blight as Terry's Two-Face. Personally I liked how Joker was brought in during Return of the Joker. But really I don't think he has a Joker, he really doesn't have a villain that is his total opposite like how Batman and Joker are/were during Bruce's time behind the cowl.

There was a psychotic kid in the episode Last Resort that could be the next Joker.
