Which of the villains of Batman Beyond do you find interesting and want them to return in the future comic books?

Inque, Blight and Stalker definitely. I loved their version of Spellbinder, he had a great look. But definitely we need Mad Stan.

I agree about Inque, Stalker, Blight and Spellbinder. I also liked Curare,
Brain Trust was interesting, but only as a team.

the weird thing I've noticed is that many of the Batman Beyond villains are based on Spiderman villains who in turn had most of his villains inspired by the original Batman's villains
