    Ink for sure. I loved her in the comics. Heat wave or whatever his name was wasnt bad at first but he was very one dimensional. I liked ink because she was misterious.

    I agree about Inque, Stalker, Blight and Spellbinder. I also liked Curare,
    Brain Trust was interesting, but only as a team.

    What about "high school villains"? Does any of them have a potential to become a big-time villain? What do you think?

    Willy Watt had good potential....because he became telekinetic, That was one of many great factors about Batman Beyond, being Bruce mainly fought psychological villains, Teryy battles more super powered villains

    the weird thing I've noticed is that many of the Batman Beyond villains are based on Spiderman villains who in turn had most of his villains inspired by the original Batman's villains
