Have anyone heard if there is a Terminator four being released anytime soon? I know that there is that new TV show but I am not sure about the movie.

Yeah, there's an IMDB page, and rumours that Christian Bale has been casted for John Connor's role. I hope they go through with this, but they probably wouldn't have Arnold Schwarzenegger to play Terminator, as he's too busy with all the Governer stuff. I really do hope he does this movie though.
