Templar and the other minions of Harvest have recently taken on the Teen Titans and the Legion Lost. Templar was then defeated by the two teams.

    Origin

Templar is the leader of an organization known as N.O.W.H.E.R.E. With the world still adapting to the emergence of super heroes, aliens and metahumans, Templar and N.O.W.H.E.R.E. seek to control the young adolescent heroes that have been popping up all over the world, feeling that the older more adult heroes are far past the point of being able to be controlled. In order to accomplish this, Templar organizes the creation of his ultimate weapon, Superboy, a clone of Jon Kent. He seeks to use Superboy against the first major threat that rears it's head towards him, the Teen Titans, lead by Tim Drake.

    Creation

In DC Comics' "New 52" continuity relaunch following Flashpoint, Templar was created by Superboy and Teen Titans writer Scott Lobdell for the Culling.
