Reporter April O'Neil investigates a crime wave sweeping New York City. Her journey for a story leads her to be attacked by the Foot Clan (the gang behind the robberies). Four mutant turtles come to her rescue her which puts into motion an epic battle between the Foot Clan and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
