I have to say that reading this issue was a nice experience. I can't say what exactly it was but something about this book felt very old school TMNT to me. This issue of course focuses on Casey and it does so powerfully. One might think it would be an issue of him busting heads, which it does have that but it's a very emotional issue as well as we some bits of his past dealing with his mother and his father.
