City Fall concludes!THE GOODTeenage Mutant Ninja 'Stalgia -- Heroes Bringing Old Memories Back, Turtle Power! So we've had a pretty decent story arc. We've had Foot Ninjas vs. French Ninjas, turtle vs. turtle, father vs. son, and overall the Shredder wanting to takeover and rule everything (but you knew that already). So here it is at last, the conclusion to the seven issue arch, City Fall. I haven't reviewed any of the other issues so this will be the only issue I give my commentary on. The build-up to this issue was great. We've seen some amazing things since part 1, Old Hob preparing for war and the Turtles seeking his aide, we've seen Karai coming to terms with Leonardo being picked over her as Shredder`s second in command. We've seen Casey as he recovers from the attack on him and Raphael and seen Casey...
