Dawk Granger (Dove) was a member of the Teen Titans during the One Year Gap and joined between issues Teen Titans Vol. 3 #33-34 (2006). Also, she was a member of Cyborg's New Titans East, she joined in Titans East Special #1 (2007).
Dick Grayson had teamed up with Kid Flash and Aqualad as Robin in The Brave and the Bold (Vol. 1) #54. In the Brave and the Bold #60, he was seen alongside both of them as well as Wonder Girl as the Teen Titans. It was later revealed in Teen Titans (Vol. 1) #53 that the four of them and Speedy had rescued the Justice League of America from the control of Antithesis and became the five founders of the team in between the events of The Brave and the Bold #54 and #60. He has been the leader of each version of the team he has been on.

He has also been a member of Titans L.A. which he joined in The Titans Secret Files #2 (2000), the Outsiders and the Marvel Family. He was a member of the Teen Titans during the One Year Gap. By shouting the name of his idol, Captain Marvel, Freddie is transformed by a bolt of enchanted lightning into Captain Marvel Jr. As CM Jr, he has the powers of six legendary elders; from Solomon he gains wisdom, from Hercules strength, from Atlas stamina, from Zeus power, from Achilles courage and from Mercury super speed.

Isaiah Crockett (Slagger/Joto/Hotspot) joined the Teen Titans in Teen Titans Vol. 2 #1 (1996). He was a member of the Teen Titans during the period known as the One Year Gap.

Joseph Wilson (Jericho) was an early recruit of the New Teen Titans and joined in Tales of the New Teen Titans #44 (1984). He died in New Titans #82, was resurrected in Teen Titans (Vol. 3) #40 and rejoined in issue #41. Jericho has the mutant ability to take mental control of the motor responses of another human body. This is to say that Jericho can control the muscles and hence the movements of another person. Jericho must make direct eye contact with a person in order to be able to control him or her. Jericho will then become incorporeal and enter that person's body.
Jesse Chambers (Jesse Quick/Liberty Belle) was recruited as a member of The Titans in Titans Secret Files #1 (1999). She is a member of the Justice Society of America but has lost some of her former powers. A full powered Liberty Belle can project pulses of powerful sonic vibrations from her hands. The pulses can be strong enough to shatter solid objects. For unknown reasons, when the Liberty Bell is rung, Liberty Belle experiences an adrenaline surge that briefly increases her strength and speed, although not to superhuman levels.

Khaji Da is a Scarab, A living weapon created by the alien species known as the Reach. Khaji Da belonged to the three Blue Beetles, but the most recent one has managed to use it to its full potential and has a symbiotic relationship with the Scarab.
Eddie Bloomberg (Kid Devil) joined the Teen Titans during the One Year Gap in Teen Titans Vol. 3 #34 (2006). He later died in a plane explosion.
