Do you think the art in this book is supposed to look like the cartoon. Not really a big fan there. I got a couple of seasons, but really .... it just doesn't do it for me. The book itself however is actually pretty cool. If not more than a shade childish. Aqua lad is used pretty well here, not exactly treated with the most respect I have ever seen in an issue before, but hey he got it all to himself, so that is a step in the right direction for the character. Now that Aquaman is treated with a bit of respect by the comics world, we need a new undersea "hero" to be our whipping boy. Still, Teen Titans Year One is turning out to be a decent miniseries.

Not as good as the last one, but still not bad.

So now some of the main heroes have become criminals (well, just Aquaman and Green Arrow for now) and the sidekicks have called each other for help. After Green Arrow gets away with some stolen money, Wondergirl shows up and saves the four sidekicks from getting crushed by a van.

There's one problem. When Aqualad jumps out of the ocean and flops around like a dying fish, Robin and Kid Flash are automatically there to save him. How? When did he call them? HOW could he have called them?! And how the heck did they know where that cave with the lake was? HOW? That's a problem.

    Other than that, it's ok.
