Team assessment: They all suck but not Rose.

    Issue 91 of Teen Titans.

The Story: We have a flashback of a young Calligan supposedly killing a classmate showing that as a kid he was a hardcore scientist as a kid.The team defeats Headcase but Calligan escape's and Doll Face (the hot chick) is taken to the hospital but the jock wasn't found.Back at the Tower Connor tells Cassie that he needs a break from their relationship since Connor needs some time to rethink him being alive again (wich Im guessin this is when the Superboy ongoing is starting) and Damian is in the surveillance room and gives his opinion on the team but get's interrupted by Tim Drake needing the team.

The Good: I think it is important to have a recurring villain for a team book and Krul did just that,Calligan has the chops since any mad scientist is capable of doing that. Also the reasoning for why Connor wants to be away from Cassie makes sense and it doesn't come off as stupid.Ravager's and Damian's banter when they were fighting is simply hilarious and his assessment his also hilarious.Nicola Scott's art is great as always.

The Bad: As cool as it was seeing a young Calligan now I want to know how he became like this but Im guessing that is a storie for another arc.

The Verdict: This was a good end to a great first arc for Krul and Scott, showing a great handle of humour and emotions and fantastic art and it lead in well for the next issue wich is a crossover with the Red Robin series and I can't wait to see Tim's reaction of Damian being on the team. This is a buy.

Teen Titans #91 Okay so the battle rages on with the Teen Titans versus Headcase and his mind controlled followers. Damian and Rose are fighting hordes of minions and they start to build a friendship (THANK GOD!). Damian is not a total outcast anymore! In the meantime everyone works together to stop Headcase's black hole. Their team work pays off and Headcase is stopped. Following these events Cassandra struggles with her role as leader and seeks some spiritual guidance from Donna Troy's statue ...

      Teen Titans Issue 91 0

The Teen Titans are officially back! After a dark period that I don't like to talk about, J. T. Krul and Nicola Scott have successfully brought back the Teen Titans in full force, making the team fun and functional again. I for one couldn't be happier, because now the team that helped bring me into comics is my favorite team to read once more! But enough small talk, let's open up Teen Titans issue 91 and see where the party's at!         The issue opens up with a flashback to the youth of...
