Jump In The Water Is Tepid
Raven is injured and the new Titans Leader Beast Boy is trying to hold himself together. Thankfully Dr. Midnight is willing to help her out. Unfortunately, the creature who almost killed her has found its way to The Titans Tower.
This issue has the illusion of a lot of things happening. It is essentialy a set up issue. filled with talk, or in this case yelling back and forth. Also to create the illusion of action. I did like certain elements to the book. Beast Boy when he wasn't flipping his lid showed some good character progression. Although he does not belong here. Teen Titans is for the up and comers. He is not that any more, he deserves his place on the Titans.
The Ravager story is still okay, but I would prefer it not to be there and we get a lower cover price. I am not a fan of the back up stories. If you want to do something like this create an anthology book. Over all it is a decent book. A good jump in point for new readers, but not the best for us long time readers.
