    Return Of The FF

In this issue the Teen Titans, with the exception of  Wonder Girl, decide to take a day off.. Wonder Girl on the other hand has gone to Alcatraz to do a walkthrough and check on the meta villains. Unfortunately she does this on the very night Shimmer breaks her brother Mammoth out of the prison.
Meanwhile at the fair, Aqua Girl is hitting on the Blue Beetle in front of his girlfriend, as Static teaches Mgaan the joys of Dance Dance Revolution. On Alcatraz, Mammoth has been set free and he runs rampant through other cells. Wonder Girl does her best to keep the bad guys at bay, but Shimmers new Fatal Five beats her thoroughly.
Across the water at the fair, The Titans have their fun halted when they find that a nes team was covering the battle at Alcatraz and they see their new team leader laying bloody at the feet of the Fatal Five.  The final page reveals who is really behind the attack, and what his motivations are
It is not a bad issue. The action in the scenes with Wonder Girl really balance well with the more character oriented scenes with the rest of the team. It is good to see a classic Titans  team of villains rearing their ugly head again. I am eager to continue the series, find out where this goes.

And for the most part, it's a great reintroduction to the Titans and the new lineup of members. The issue starts out at a decimated Titans' Tower that still has a few operational floors, mainly the living quarters, and where the majority of the team is enjoying an afternoon of down time and begins preparin...

ARGH!!! as great of a plot device as it is, i hate when the story starts off showing you what the general end result of the arc will be, without giving you any details, and THEN starting the story. So it starts off kinda like a TV show, teenagers doing teenage stuff and all that goodness (and a really nice shot of Aquagirl.....wet.....poor Blue Beetle, but I digress). So everyone else is being semi-normal and Cassie is off being depressed..... STILL. The team (minus Cassie) go out for a night on...
