 Not much plot to get in the way of the story in this issue. The battle continues between the Terror Titans and the Teen Titans. What ensues is a book where each character is allowed some personal badassery. This includes the Clock King. When did he get so powerfull he could take on the Titans. This proves that any character no matter how lame they started off, can be made cool in the right writers hands. For all of us whove grown out of our diapers many years ago Teen Titans isnt for us.If your little and have no idea of who these characters are and what they meant to us growing up with many of them throughout the years,then you might like this but i dispise DC's last attempt to use the same charcters again in a different way....
