Part 1 of the eagerly anticipated 'Titans East' story! Led by Deathstroke, a Teen Titans team consisting of Batgirl, Risk, Match, Alter Boy, Enigma, Sun Girl and Inertia is out to chew gum and kick butt...and guess what? They're all out of gum!

SPOILERS

In the wreckage of the San Francisco Titans Tower, Robin and Wonder Girl ask Raven to resurect Connor, Superboy. She says she can't because his soul has moved on. Sudennly they are attacked by Inertia, a clone of Bart Allen created in the future and by Match, a (bizarro)clone of Superboy.

At Belle Reve Prison, Cyborg and Miss Martian pay a visit to former Teen Titan and traitor, Bombshell, to find out who hired her to betray them. Bombshell's cell is attacked by Risk and Batgirl. Bombshell is under the impression that they are there to free her until Batgirl slashes Bombshell's throat with a batarang. Duela Dent and Enigma join in and other prisoner are freed. As Cyborg and Miss Martian attempt to contain the prisoners, Miss Martian is blasted with fire from behind by Sungirl.

At a church in Los Feliz, California, Kid Devil is listening in to a sermon in the rafters as he is attacked by his enemy, Kid Crusader.

Robin is tied up as Deathstroke and Batgirl stand over him. Deathstroke expresses his anger at having his family taken from him by the Titans. He claims that he is retaliating and taking Robin's family away. He then reveals that this is why Batgirl is standing by his side as she prepares for an injection of an unknown substance.

In New York, Ravager and Jericho continue their walk through the city when they come across a dark tower in the shape of a "T."

Deathstroke's A-Team 0

 After battling the Titans for 20 years, Deathstroke finally puts together a team to match up. Former Titans/heroes are good, evil clones are better, and two wild cards (Sun Girl and Kid Crusader) are the best! Already in one issue, the Titans East bet the living daylights of everyone, except for Rose and Jericho.  I kinda hate/like that Deathstroke always brings up how the Titans took away his children and his out to get them, I think that it not only reminds fans but also it introduces that co...
