Digital Demons
As CaptHowdy said before me, this is "a nice little story". Nothing special, nothing horrific, it is just a nice little story, a nice one-shot that you should read, read and not have to worry about any other issue's in the series. It is a story about a man who played a video game, the Hex Box, and he mastered it, won the game, only to discover it was not just a game for in fact he released all the "digital demons" upon the earth and became compelled to spend his years defeating them all over again, this time with his actual life at stake. One by one they fall but the last one, the last one breaks his back and leaves him paralyzed, than escapes.
Thirty years later he decides to employ the help of Skeleton Man and Tarot, to help him find this last digital demon, well with a few surprises that I did not see coming at all she is obviously found and well I won't tell you what happens, but frankly it was one of my favorite moments in comics, I always like surprises, great issue and great ending! A recommended read.

Digital Demons
Digital Demons is a nice little story. This one guy, buys a video game unit, unlocks demons that aren't just in the game and spends the rest of his life trying to vanquish them.
In comes out good ol' Skeleton Man and his girl Tarot. After this poor videogamer is paralyzed in a battle against a demo her requires some help. Who better than Tarot and Skeleton Man?
There are some net small twists in this issue and while Tarot really doesn't have much to do in here, the characters of this guy and his wife are interesting enough to carry this one.
Digital Demons is a story that has been told many times before but is always enjoyable when told right. I think writer Jim Balent did so admirably.
