A short-lived Astérix-like pun-heavy series by Christophe Arleston & Curd Ridel following Tandori, a young fakir's apprentice in 19th Century British-ruled India, living in the only village still resisting to the invader.
After being launched in the Hello BD magazine in 1992, three albums were published between 1993 and 1995 at Le Lombard. Following the huge success of Arleston's Troy franchise at Soleil, the albums were republished there with the added subtitle "Fakir du Bengale" between 2007 and 2008.
